Make
2 deep gashes in each of the chicken and spear the marinade all over.
Pour over the remaining and leave to sit overnight or for as long as
possible.
To
cook, preheat the grill for 10 minutes. Out the chicken on the high tray
and at MW + Grill
(100%) cook 8 minutes or till browned to your preference.
Baste once with some melted butter, and turn pieces over. Lay a plate
underneath to catch dripping juices.
Serve
with the juice of the remaining lemon squeezed over and some masala over
each piece.
