SWEET AND SOUR PRAWNS:

INGREDIENTS :
 

Prawns cleaned 2cups(1/2kg)
White pepper 1/4tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Ong's msg 1/2tsp
Flour 2tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Egg 1
Water 1/2cup
Oil for frying

PREPARATION:
 

Mix the above ingredients in a bowel and keep aside for 15 minuets.
Then in a frying pan deep fry them in oil till golden.
Strain and keep aside.

Note: chicken can also be used instead of prawns.

SAUCE:
 

Oil 3tbsp. 
Garlic 1/2tsp(chopped).
Chicken stock 1/2cup.
Ong's sweet and sour sauce 1cup.
Capsicum 1/2cup (cubed).
Ong's sesame oil 1/2tsp.

PREPARATION:
 

Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Cook crushed garlic till golden.
Add ong's sweet and sour sauce, ong's sesame oil, capsicum and cook for 1 minute..
Add chicken stock to the sauce and bring to boil.
When capsicum tenders, add fried prawns, stir and cook for 1 minute and serve hot with  Chinese rice.
