INGREDIENTS

250 grams cottage cheese, cut into thick cubes. |
METHOD
:

Hang the curds up in a muslin cloth or plastic strainer with the garlic and mint for at least 1 hour or till the whey has all dripped out. MIx with the rest of the spices. Marinate the cheese cubes in the mixture for atleast 2-3 hours. |
