CHICKEN FRIED RICE WITH VEGETABLES :

INGREDIENTS :
 

Rice 750gm(boiled)
Chicken (boneless) 500mg(cubed)
Eggs (beaten) 3
Cooking oil 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
Ong's msg 2 tsp
Ong's soy sauce 6 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Green spring onions 1/2 cup (thinly sliced)
Carrots 1/2 cup (thinly sliced)
Cabbage 1/2 cup (thinly sliced)
Capsicum 1/2 cup (thinly sliced)

 

 

PREPARATION:
 

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Stir-fry eggs in pan, then cut the fried eggs into small pieces and set aside.
Clean and dry the pan. Reheat with two tablespoons of oil and then put in chicken meat.
Stir-fry chicken meat for two minutes, then add vegetables and stir-fry again for 5 minutes. Take the
     mixture out and set aside.
Put the remaining oil in the pan, add garlic and fry till golden.
Add cooked rice and stir and fry it thoroughly.
Add chicken and vegetable mixture, salt, white pepper, ong's msg to rice and stir well.
Your chicken fried rice with vegetable is ready, serve with Chinese curry.
