METHOD
:
Mix
together all the ingredients for stuffing. Make a small slit along each
ladies finger. Put in a little bit of stuffing.
When all the fingers are stuffed, put a tablespoon of oil in a glass
microwave - safe dish. It is best if you have a large one in which most,
if not all, vegetable fits in a single layer. Microwave the oil at 100%
power for 2 minutes (or MW 70% + 200 degrees).
Put
in the vegetable, and microwave at 100% power, uncovered, 14 minutes,
stirring twice.

:
To
make this vegetable chopped, dry-cooked, try this :
In
a glass dish heat 1
tablespoon oil at 100% power for 2
minutes. Add 1 large sliced onion, and preffered spices.
Microwave at 100% (or MW 70% + Conv 200 degrees) for 5 minutes ( 4
minutes). Drop in the vegetable. Microwave at 100% power uncovered for 8
minutes then sprinkle salt and mango powder and continue to cook
another 6 minutes (or till done to your preference). Stand 3 - 4
minutes before serving.
